Kokushi Daijiten Volume 1: A-I Published in 1979 (Showa 54) This is the 1st edition, 3rd printing from 1980 (Showa 55). Includes the appendix "Shiso Yowa" (Historical Anecdotes). There are red pencil marks next to some entries and explanations. Also, there is dirt and tearing on the box and the obi (paper band). Kokushi Daijiten Volume 2: U-O 1st edition, 1st printing, published in 1980 (Showa 55). Includes the "Right-Wing Genealogy Chart" at the end, and the appendix "Shiso Yowa". There are red pencil marks next to some entries and explanations (not many). Also, there is dirt and tearing on the box and the obi. Kokushi Daijiten Volume 3: Ka 1st edition, 1st printing, published in 1983 (Showa 58). Includes the "Kamakura Historical Site Map Index" at the end, and the appendix "Shiso Yowa". While there were red pencil marks in Volumes 1 and 2, I haven't confirmed if there are any in Volume 3, although I haven't checked every page. Also, there is dirt and tearing on the box and the obi. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these issues. Each volume is a large dictionary, approximately 7cm thick, weighing 3.0-3.4kg, and containing 930-1000 pages.
