This is a toy that you can combine and play with. You can also run it as a train on Plarail tracks. It's not as pristine as new, but I used it carefully, so there are no chips or scratches. The box and instructions are not included. I think you can find instructions on how to assemble it online. The "scouter"-like item that was attached to the crown-like part is not included. Please be aware of this.
