The outer fabric is clean and in good condition. There is peeling around the neck. On one arm, the inner white lining is peeling off and flaking badly, so turn it inside out and scrub it. I think it will be fine if you clean it. Used once at Mt. Fuji, or something like that. There is peeling, but the inner lining isn't sticky. If you patiently remove the white mesh-like inner lining, it can still be used. It's a junk item, so I'll sell it cheap (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
