This is a ZARA dress tunic. Due to the sheer design, a slip is required if worn as a dress. It's a very stylish piece when paired with wide-leg pants! Worn twice for a short period of time. In good condition. The design is intentionally unfinished, not frayed. It also has deep slits on the sides.
