This is a Cheswick sweatshirt, and this one is made in Japan, which is unusual, instead of Canada. I've had it for nearly 15 years since I bought it, and while I don't see any noticeable damage, there's a pink pen mark on the left sleeve. It's a size M, but it's closer to a size L.
