It comes with a belt, and I've taken pictures (photos 8 and 9) of where the string goes through, so you can use the belt by threading it through there. The string is quite long, so you can be creative with how you use it. As you can see in photo 7, there is a faint stain in one place. There may be others, but this is the only one I've noticed.
