Made in 1986. This is a set of 20 pencils featuring Sanrio's character, "Marron Cream." They are no longer in production and are likely difficult to find in stores. These are individual pencils, not a set. They were stored in a clear case with other pencils. Due to poor storage conditions, there is discoloration, staining, uneven coloring, and streaks. The condition is not good. Also, as they are old, there may be damage that is not apparent from the exterior.
