This is a Sylvanian Families figure. The ruler in photo 8 is for size reference only and is not included. This item has been used for display for many years and is in poor condition, sold as is. There are significant damages, especially glue residue and peeled felt on the soles of the feet (photos 5 and 6). There are no tears in the clothing, but there is discoloration, dullness, and staining due to aging (see photo 7 for stains). Please do not purchase if you are looking for a beautiful, complete item.
