There are traces of gas flames and scratches from the gas stove on the bottom of the pot. They are noticeable when light is applied or depending on the angle of the light. Also, there are scratches on the rim of the pot. There are traces of the sticker that was attached at the time of purchase on the side of the pot. The handle of the lid and one of the handles are less shiny. Cylindrical pots are durable and long-lasting. Also, they have good thermal conductivity and can heat evenly. Since it has a lid, it is also convenient for storing simmered dishes. I think it can be used to make delicious Western-style simmered dishes such as curry and stew, as well as oden.
