This includes the main unit, a wrench, and the original dedicated earphones. The earphones produce sound. I confirmed this without putting them in my ears. There is no crackling, and everything works perfectly. It runs properly on both batteries and an adapter. I've inserted new batteries. Please note that the adapter is not included. In my personal opinion, the frets show almost no wear. The parts are not loose, so I consider it to be in very good condition. I am selling this because I bought a newer model.
