This is a deep bowl with a beautiful contrast between the rich red and indigo blue painted on glossy ceramic. The Tōshō kiln in Arita ware is rare because both the clay and the painting are all handmade, one by one. The red is truly beautiful, and I can feel a Japanese-modern atmosphere that makes me think it would be wonderful not only for Japanese food but also for serving pasta! It feels like something you might find in a cafe. *Since it's a medium-sized bowl, it's suitable for small portions of pasta. This item was displayed on my parents' tableware shelf. It has no noticeable dirt, damage, or water stains, and shows almost no signs of use, so I believe it is in like-new condition.
