This is a ring binder that can be used for storing trading cards, etc. The cover is designed to hold paper on both sides, so you can insert photos, posters, etc. There isn't any noticeable dirt, but it does show signs of use. As you can see in the third photo, there are scratches on the surface. However, they shouldn't be very noticeable once you put photos or other items inside.
