This is a Catena wristwatch, a Swiss brand. It's a simple analog watch with a cool engine-red color. I love analog hand-wound watches and have collected many, but I'm selling this one because I have too many. I bought it a few years ago at an antique shop in Aoyama or somewhere similar for around 15,000 yen. It's a men's watch, but I was the one using it, so the band clasp was moved to a narrower position by the shop staff when I purchased it. I think you can adjust it by sliding it next to the clasp.
