As it's a professional model, it has a large airflow and dries hair quickly, so I used it almost every day. However, the airflow weakened in mid-October 2025, and it never improved. Since the manufacturer's warranty is only 6 months, I gave up on getting it repaired and bought the same model again, so I'm selling this one. The new one is black, so the color is different from the one being sold, but I plan to ship it in the new one's box. I don't have any pets, and I don't smoke. Regarding the condition of the product, there are no noticeable scratches or stains. There is some wear and tear, so I'm listing it as "slightly scratched or stained." It powers on, and there are no disconnections in the cord. The negative ions are also functioning correctly. The Velcro strap that bundles the cord is the one that came with it originally. Even now, the airflow is strong for a while after turning it on, but it weakens the longer it's used. It might be easily fixable by disassembling it, or it could still be used for a long time if you have it repaired by the manufacturer after purchase, as it is a professional model.
