Only what is shown in the photos is included. I used this for everyday use, not for gaming. There was some chattering (flickering?) in the scrolling, so I disassembled and cleaned it, which fixed the issue, but I cannot guarantee its functionality. Also, I believe that you cannot change the lighting or button configuration in Synapse 3 or later, so please consider this only if you can use Synapse 2 or are familiar with the device.
