I received this from a relative, but I already have it, so I'm selling it. It was used at a reading session, and apparently, children didn't touch it. There is some wear and tear, but overall, I think it's in good condition for a used picture book. "There Are No Such Things as Ghosts" has some minor scratches, folds, and wrinkles on the edges of the cover. "Please, Sit Here" seems to have hardly been used at all.
