This is the NEC Avenue Pad 3, a controller for the PC Engine and TurboGrafx-16 consoles. Released in 1991, it added a third firing button to the standard controller. We have not performed detailed operational checks. There is no equipment to verify functionality. Due to a lack of specialized knowledge, we cannot assess the condition.
