This is an escapement from Seiko. The base is 22mm tall and 33mm wide. It appears to be a clock part. I bought it on impulse because it was being sold on its own. There are no cracks in the stones. It moves when shaken. I think it's probably for display purposes. Those who understand the condition, please consider. It will be shipped via Yu-Packet Post Mini.
