This is the PHILIPS HC5690/17 hair clipper. All accessories are included (see photos). The outer box is not included. I have used it for about 3 years. I cleaned it every time I used it, but I think there may be some small particles that I couldn't remove, so I have marked the condition of the product as "has noticeable scratches and dirt."
