This is a knee-length skirt from 23区. I bought it 4 or 5 years ago. It has a sturdy fabric with a nice sheen, and I loved the flare, but I haven't been able to wear it for about the last two years because the length feels too short. I would be happy if someone else could wear it. Size: 38 Waist: 34.5cm (measured flat) Length: 55cm *It hits just above the knee on someone 168cm tall. There are hanger marks on the waist. There are also wrinkles on the back from sitting.
