This is a Lot.tram product that was sold at Urban Research. It's made of a firm, stiff fabric. The color is dark navy. I think you can wear it in various styles by changing the top underneath. I don't remember the exact number of times I wore it, but I think it was only a few times. The model in the photos is 163cm tall.
