Regarding Manufacturing Date and Reliability Based on the serial number BM10553 on the back of the unit, it was manufactured in February 2003. This product was made during a period when the circuit design and manufacturing processes had reached complete stability. The TU-2 is known for its very robust construction, and although this unit has aged since its manufacture, it can still be used without any problems.
