Currently, it's cut short, but it can be made to hang long if you remove it! If it's okay with you, I can ship it with the light bulb included. I will dispose of it on February 20th. The packaging will be simple, so it's possible to include the light bulb, but I cannot accept any claims for breakage during transport.
