The material is luxurious black velvet, which is easier to handle than silk, and I personally recommend it. It can be used for both casual and party occasions, doesn't wrinkle, and is small, making it convenient for travel. *As shown in photo 7, there is some wear on the underside of the handle, but the rest of the bag is in good condition and can still be used. The only included accessory is the dust bag. Although we inspect our items, we primarily deal with used goods, so even clean items may have minor scratches or scuffs.
