I've only worn this about three times, as far as I can remember, for junior high, high school, and university entrance ceremonies. Although I haven't worn it much, it's from about 10 years ago, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items. I've had it dry cleaned every time I wore it. The jacket had a ribbon belt at the waist, but I removed it because it was too cute. Unfortunately, I've lost it and it's not included. Flat measurements of the skirt: Waist: Approximately 32cm Length (waist to hem): Approximately 60cm It will be shipped folded compactly, so please be aware of this.
