The cuffs are folded over and cute. I bought this a few years ago. I usually wear a size 9. I've listed the size as M, but there's no clear indication. I don't think there are any stains or scratches, but since it's been stored by an individual and is used clothing, I've marked the condition as "slightly damaged or with stains."
