This is a Yamaha horn. It's a type of instrument often used as equipment in brass bands. There is some rust and minor scratches, but the tubing itself is generally in good condition. There was no sticking in the pistons or other parts. This instrument was in use until recently. I am not an expert on instruments, so I don't know the details.
