This is a rare LEGO item. I purchased it new and assembled it only once. After that, I stored it in a zipper bag in a closet without displaying it. During a move, there are scratches on the side of the box due to rubbing. The LEGO itself is in very clean condition, like new. For sale, I have checked all the pieces and repacked them by color, as shown on page 4 of the photos. There are two instruction manuals, and both are included. Although it is very clean, please understand that there may be some overlooked areas as it has been handled by a person. It's a wonderful LEGO set, so please consider purchasing it.
