French ARCOPAL 11 white morning plates from around 1981 and 1982. The backstamp color is light blue on 3 plates and white on 8 plates. One plate has been used, the others are unused. All are in good condition, but they have been stored at home for many years. Although difficult to see in the photos, there are some slight scratches, such as stacking marks, on some of the plates.
