Ice packs are not included. Please only purchase if you understand that this is a used item and has been stored at home. The three-layer structure of contact-cooling material, soft padding, and mesh material keeps you feeling refreshed. The head and back have pockets for ice packs (included). It's easy to attach, just thread the string through the belt holes and tie it at the back.
