This is an item actually used in the broadcast of the anime. It's Ranma (female) in the blue dress she wore during the welcome buffet party with Picolet in episode 105, "Fighting Dinner." This outfit was only worn in episode 105 throughout the entire series, and only for a scene lasting about a minute. Furthermore, the entire dress is only visible for a few seconds, making this a very rare scene. Regarding the condition, it is a vintage item, so please only purchase if you understand this.
