This is a childcare support facility that opened in 2005. It was installed but hardly used, and then moved six months later, so it has been in storage. I think there is almost no soiling on the seat. This is not for home use, but for installation in supermarkets or facilities, so a place with a solid base is preferable for installation. Thank you.
