This is definitely authentic, as I purchased it at the Gucci store in Omotesando. There is noticeable damage to the handle due to being left hanging. I inquired about repair costs at a shop commonly found in shopping streets that repairs bags, shoes, and makes duplicate keys. They said that while the repaired area wouldn't be the original leather, it could be restored with new leather to look presentable. Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
