Yellow flare skirt, made by Sally Scott. I purchased this but never wore it, so I'm putting it up for sale. It's a skirt with an arrow feather pattern, and it shows signs of wear overall. It's thin, so it seems suitable for the coming season. The brown rope at the waist is slightly faded, and there's a small red stain that's barely noticeable unless you look closely (see photos 6-8). Also, one of the two hanging ribbons has come off.
