This item is for children. It was purchased around 2017. It has been worn about 10 times, but as shown in photo 2, some of the stitching on the seat has come undone. I don't think it directly affects the functionality, but I'm listing it as having some minor scratches and stains. These tights are made of chloroprene rubber, which offers excellent stretch. They provide sufficient strength and warmth, protecting children playing in rivers and the sea from the cold and abrasions. In addition, all seams are finished flat to eliminate uncomfortable bulkiness. The waist fits with a drawcord.
