I purchased this at Paravion and only tried it on once. The tag has been removed. The elastic cuffs create a gathered effect, which is cute. There's one button at the back of the neck. There's no lining, so you can wear an inner layer underneath, or wear this as an inner layer for layering; it's cute either way.
