This is a skirt from the 23区 brand. The color is dark navy. It's made of sturdy fabric and has an elastic waist, making it very easy to wear. There is no lining, but the fabric is thick enough that it's not see-through. I purchased it on this site as new and unused, but I'm selling it because it didn't fit me after trying it on. There are hanger marks on the waist area from storage, but they are not stains or tears, so I think they will disappear with washing. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
