The top is lace, and the bottom is a pleated skirt with a tulle hem. The lace is white, and the skirt is beige. There are no stains or frays, but as it's a Korean garment, the sewing may be slightly rough. I only wore it once, two years ago, for a class reunion, so it's in relatively good condition. There's no tag, so I'm not sure of the exact size, but I think it's equivalent to a size S. It would look lovely paired with a jacket for an entrance ceremony.
