The waist measures approximately 32cm when laid flat, and the sides have elastic. The length is about 86cm. The length was originally longer, but it was too long for me (156cm), so I had it altered. It's a length that hits slightly above the ankles. I was planning to wear it after the alteration, but it became too small for me, so I never wore it out. It will be shipped folded.
