The staff pins from the Brazil Pavilion are truly difficult to obtain. They are not distributed to all staff members, but only to those chosen by their superiors. Furthermore, even from those staff members, trading for the pins is difficult because there are so few available. It's like a high-end watch store, they choose who they give them to.
