This is a set featuring a voluminous, frilly tulle skirt. The blue one is new with tags, never worn. The pink one was only tried on once. I bought them for a Daisy and Donald link-up outfit at Disney, but they've just been in storage. Although they have volume, they have a straight silhouette, so I think they're easy to wear.
