I think it would be perfect for children who wear 120cm. It has snaps, and the lace on the chest and skirt is very lovely. The fabric is a smooth, stretchy material like swimwear, and it's a tight-fitting leotard. Although it's unused, I did try it on once, so I'm looking forward to your purchase if you don't mind.
