This is a Giardinelli 2G mouthpiece for a small-bore trombone. This mouthpiece has a two-piece construction, with only the rim gold-plated. It's a so-called "old stamp" mouthpiece, with the manufacturer's name engraved as "GIARDINELLI NEW YORK." There are shank scratches from insertion, but otherwise, I believe there are no noticeable scratches or stains. Considering its age, this condition is miraculous. Please check the photos for details.
