With a 3-stage adjustable heat control function and a 2-tier structure, it can handle various recipes besides toast, such as oatmeal cookies (refer to the recipe book). The original user's guide and recipe book are also included. Photo 11 shows the crumb tray. It is inserted at the bottom of the toaster for use. There is some blackening on the top of the main unit (photos 7 and 12). One of the two trays has a slight stain (photos 8-9). It has been washed and is not sticky. I always used a cooking sheet or aluminum foil on the trays except when using them for things like gratin (when food wasn't in a dish).
