The onsen towels were in a drawstring bag and not individually wrapped in plastic. They have not been pre-washed. They are plain. I use them frequently in the kitchen, and I change them as soon as they get wet. They are thin, so they don't take up much space when washing and dry quickly, which is very convenient. I have more than I can use, so I'm selling them.
