This is a mid-type Libec RS-350DM that I used for about a year.
I used it with a RED KOMODO 6K and FX6, etc., medium-sized cinema cameras, but I'm selling it because I'm replacing my tripod.

There are scratches on the ball part, but no problem with use.
Pan and tilt locks tighten firmly.
Leveling, counter balance, and drag are also normal.
The sliding plate has scratches from normal use.
Overall clean, but there are some scratches.
Counter balance auxiliary knob added by the manufacturer.

The locking parts are also normal and tighten firmly.
Overall clean, but there are small, hard-to-see scratches.
▶️Foot Pads
Only one is considerably worn, but there is no problem.
If you are concerned, you can order only one 【FP2B-4 Foot Pad Body】 from the manufacturer's service parts for 1,500 yen and replace it yourself after purchasing the tripod.

No problem with operation.

The included flimsy case.
Shoulder strap is missing. Also, as shown in the image, the torn part has been amateurishly repaired.

The head part will be protected with air cushion.
