This is a jumper skirt from Couture Famiglia. It's a rare 125cm size, allowing it to be worn for a long period, from entrance exams to ceremonies after enrollment. (It's very versatile because it's a jumper skirt.) The color is navy blue, so it can be worn without issue at formal events, making it very convenient.
