I didn't use the eco-bag, so it's not included. It's the type that fastens with a single snap at the bottom. I think things like handkerchiefs and tissues won't fall out, other than the eco-bag. I haven't used it much, but there's a tiny snag and a faint stain (see image). I did a home cleaning before listing it.
