This was purchased at Disney around 2015. I only wore it once. It was a seasonal item and is no longer sold. The velvet ribbon is cute. The ribbon is movable, so please attach it to your favorite place! There is wire in the ribbon part, so you can shape it. I have stored it carefully, but the part where the ribbon is attached might be a little loose. But it's still wearable. Price negotiations are possible!
