By the way, I was using this until recently. The controller (Turbo Pad)'s cross keys, I & II buttons, select button, run button, and rapid-fire function (on/off) are all working properly. Also, considering the age of the PC Engine console and controller, the yellowing is minimal, and I think it's in good condition. The protective cover for the console's expansion bus (see attached photo 4) is also included. There is some yellowing on the back of the HuCARD. It works perfectly fine, but it was released 37 years ago. Naturally, it is not a completely flawless new item. There are some scratches and wear due to aging, and some yellowing.
